Many of my clients boast that the selling process was incredibly stress-free due to the concierge listing services I provide them so they may sell their property for as much as possible, as quickly as possible. Every aspect of the property is addressed on the front side of the experience, and I will guide my clients through every step of the listing process from what to do to properly prepare their home for professional photography that I provide, to providing a staging consultant to do a deep dive of suggestions to prepare their home for photos and showings without the thousands that a traditional full staging service would cost. My listings are RIGHT as soon as they hit the market.


There is nothing more frustrating for a seller than to have an agent use non-professional photography, put a flimsy sign in their yard, and then disappear from communication as soon as the home is listed. My expertise is proven with my numbers. I never let my clients go longer than a few hours without a response when they reach out. I have a full time Executive Assistant who is available to all of my clients as well so they have a positive client care environment throughout the transaction. Every single listing I sell gets this service because it makes a difference! I understand that this industry has a huge impact on my clients' lives and it is my pledge to make that impact a positive one.
