I provide an authentic experience to my clients, and help them understand the process of homeownership. I am considerate of my clients' long term goals and help them build their wealth through homeownership.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?

Unlike many agents, I not only set up my buyers with an up to the minute search directly to their inbox, but I personally spend time each day viewing every new listing with my clients' needs in mind, actively searching for their next home. I actively search avenues outside of the MLS for homes that may fit my clients' needs such as For Sale By Owner properties, Foreclosures, and will even target specific neighborhoods if it is the right one for a client, but perhaps there is nothing currently on the market. These creative solutions are what allows me to help my clients find their perfect home. I don't believe in sitting back and waiting for what may be right to hit the market. I will actively find the right home for my clients. I also keep a proprietary list of properties that are potential sellers that I am able to provide to my buyers. These are homes that are not on the market, but may be a great fit for them. The benefit of this is that in our low inventory market, my buyers aren't having to try to out-bid a slew of other buyers in order to purchase their perfect home.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER WE FIND THE ONE?

After that perfect property is found, I provide the services of my Executive Assistant to manage client relationships. My clients don't have to ask "What's next?"I also provide a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to alleviate any of the traditional hiccups that are bound to happen with so many moving parts. This team of professionals ensures that the home buying process is seamless.This dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about the highest levels of client care isn't where my communication ends though. My clients will never be left by their REALTOR once the right property is located. I will tirelessly negotiate on their behalf, and oversee every detail of the transaction to ensure that they have an advocate in their corner.

BUT WHAT ABOUT AFTER WE CLOSE?

My clients will always receive at least monthly check-ins from me to guarantee that their homeownership journey will never leave questions unanswered. Do you need tax documents? I'll take care of that the year after you purchase your home. Have a home warranty question? I have your back. My clients receive an update of how their home is performing in the market on a regular basis. Just want to see how your investment is paying off and what your home may be worth three years later? No problem! I'll run numbers. My client relationships are for life and I've always had the philosophy that if you take care of the people, the numbers will take care of themselves. This has rang true for me, and it is truly an honor to help my clients fulfill their real estate goals. I look forward to helping you next!
